Look, I am ALL for saving the environment - but when I get soaked for like the 8th time in the last two weeks in the middle of the night when Mo's Seventh Generation diaper leaks all over my lap, I gotta wonder if there isn't a better solution. Like, pampers maybe? Thoughts? Ideas?

Huggies Overnights. They are the only thing that my kids haven't peed through at night.
I use real nappies too but I gave up overnight with Jude because I had to keep changing the sheets. One bad nappy a day isn't too bad.

We did the math before our daughter was born, (my husband is a crazy man and actually calculated the energy use/cost of washing the inserts and sheets, clothes, etc. when a blow out/leak occurs), and over a year, the carbon footprint of cloth diapering is surprisingly as large if not larger than using disposable diapers. Give yourself a break - Pampers Extra Protection diapers never let us down (though I hear Huggies are better for the boys as they have more protection in the front of the diaper). Give yourself a break - you deserve it. Maybe Mo will be a boy genius and develop an affordable electric car to make up for all of the global warming he and our little monster have caused by pooping and peeing up their sheets. : )
Mo is so gorgeous. Love this picture of him. Huggies work for us too-- but Silas was a big huge eater like Mo and he still wet through sometimes.
Handsome boy!!!!! Maybe try going up a size? That has worked for my daughter. And we are a pampers family but I've heard huggies are better for boys. Good luck!
Target Up & Up diapers. They are the best. Cute, too, with blue and green polka dots. And cheap!
Have you tried making sure his willy is pointed down south? (!). Dependent on where the spillage is eminating from, this might aid the leaky prob. You can also try folding down the front top of the diap? Save you having to swap over diaps if you like the type you use? Way to go Mo for eating and drinking so much : ).

Huggies Pure and Natural. And this picture of Mo is amazing! Such a handsome, sweet face!! xoxo
travis had the same problem, would wake up every morning wet wet wet. we use a compostable diaper and they just weren't cutting it at night. i tried both a washable insert for those that didn't work, as well as pampers overnight with no success. maybe the huggies ones would work better, but we've just gotten used to a quick diaper change at his 4-5am feeding. nice of you to think of the environment and all, but do whatever works at this point. and i agree with everyone....mo is so cute!
